Ms. Lieberman is a Fellow of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators, and has repeatedly been selected by her peers as one of the "Best Lawyers in America " in ADR.  She is recognized as an Advanced Practitioner in Workplace Mediation and Employment Arbitration by the Association for Conflict Resolution.   Amy was one of 25 listed in the Business Journal's “Who’s Who of Leading Lawyers" in Phoenix, in "Ranking Arizona's Top ADR Lawyers" and "Southwest Super Lawyers" in ADR.    Amy currently serves as the Chair of the Employment Advisory Council of the American Arbitration Association, mediates for the EEOC, the Arizona Ass'n for Realtors, and is independently retained by counsel and/or businesses to resolve disputes.
