Donna Williams is an attorney, mediator and conflict resolution professional committed to resolving conflict within organizations, communities, and families.  Ms. Williams has worked in both the private and public sectors exploring alternative means of resolving conflict for more than 15 years. 

Ms. Williams mediates a variety of civil rights issues including employment discrimination, sexual harassment, public accommodation and housing discrimination through the Arizona Attorney General's Office Mediation Program.   In addition, Ms. Williams mediates divorce and custody disputes, serves as a Parenting Coordinator and Parenting Conference Provider for the Maricopa County Superior Court. Ms. Williams also serves as an attorney member and settlement officer for the Arizona Supreme Court Attorney Discipline Panel. Ms. Williams is spearheading a number of new services at Insight, including the Government Services division and the HOA Mediation Program.

Ms. Williams has direct experience with board governance issues, serves on the board of directors for an Arizona non-profit organization and actively participates in several professional organizations.  Ms. Williams works with both private and public sector organizations training executives in conflict resolution skills as well as helps organizations craft and adopt effective dispute resolution plans.

Ms. Williams holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of California, San Diego, and earned her law degree from the University of California, Davis.  Ms. Williams is a licensed attorney in Arizona, Maryland and Nevada.  Her commitment to conflict resolution has continued through her involvement with the American Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Section, State Bar of Arizona’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Section, and the Maricopa County Association of Family Mediators.
